Manitou Springs School District will provide an iPad to every student in the 5th through 8th grade. Teachers have already been using the device to deliver instruction this year, and with one in the hands of each student, the district will move to the next level of technology integration in education.

Manitou Springs Elementary School is a relationships-based school offering a preK-5 curriculum based on the development of the whole child. Guided by our innovative and experienced instructional staff, our students excel in basic-skills subjects, as evidenced by their strong performance on District 14's Essential Learning Assessments and by the school's regular High rankings from the Colorado Department of Education.
The school's focus, however, extends beyond the knowledge fostered by Rigor to the wisdom engendered in our supportive Relationships and global and service learning projects--and beyond, to the creativity and critical thinking generated by Opportunities to learn through music, art, physical education, technology, performance, and Spanish.

MSMS is a diverse community of approximately 345 students and 40 adults.
